Everyone is different. No two bodies are made the same. With that said, your workout program with Day One Fitness is based exclusively off of your needs as an individual, and not the averages and standards of an exclusive group that has never met you.

               COMMUNICATION
 

Day One Fitness provides you with the following:

 

• A clear understanding of what it takes for you to reach your fitness goal, relative to your health history and current exercise abilities.

 

• A friendly, private and sensible consultation about the best way to produce the results you have decided to achieve.  From cardio to core-conditioning, your goals are 100% respected and supported.

 

• A clear explanation of the benefits and differences between cardio/steady state, cardio/strength and  training/core workouts, etc.

 

• A personalized workout plan that is respectful to your health history and current exercise abilities.

 

               TRAINING
 

With every training session/fitness goal program, you will receive:

 

• Routine explanations of how your workout is benefitting your body, relative to your fitness goal.

 

• Personalized distribution of cardio vascular and muscular (strength) routines, relative to your fitness goal.

 

• Personalized programming that incorporates physiological (body) and neural-adaptation (brain) into each workout, ensuring the total benefit of your personal workout program.

 

• Personalized training that does not promote injury, atrophy (muscular degeneration) or chronic fatigue.

 

• Follow-up consulting and program refinement relative to fitness goal revision and maintenance.

 

Sometimes, you may not have time. A one-time consulting session that provides you with a complete plan of action for you to achieve your fitness goal on your own is also an option. With every consulting session, you will receive:

 

• The most current attested health and fitness facts, relative to your fitness goal.

• The most accurate/personalized version of the exercise routines that have been selected for

    your workout program

• Step by step interactive demonstration of the routines selected for your workout program.

• Follow-up consulting while reaching your fitness goal.

• Follow-up consulting and program refinement relative to fitness goal revision and maintenance.

 

 

               PACKAGES

 

Standard Training Packages:

One Session: $30.00.  One-on-one exercise instruction, warm up and cool down included.  Real time tutorial for maximum results.  Relative equipment provided.  Trainer serves as workout partner.  Follow up consultation immediately after workout.

 

Session Bundle (Net-Set Only):

$100.00.  20 online Sessions, as described immediately above.

 

Standard Session Bundle (In-Person Only):

$400.00.  20 standard Sessions, as described immediately above.

 

"One and Done" Consulting Packages:

Plan A: $ 50.00.  One assessment and consultation session.  One workout program (based on fitness goal).  One follow up assessment and consultation session once 1/2 of target weight/fitness goal is accomplished.  $10 credit towards future program purchase upon completion of goal.

 

Plan B: $75.00.  Initial Assessment.  One workout program (based on fitness goal).  One Standard Personalized Training Session (based on assessment results and your fitness goal).  One follow up assessment, training session and consultation session once 1/2 of target weight/fitness goal is accomplished.  Program revision and implementation upon completion of initial fitness goal.

 

Standard Setting or Net-Set?

With Day One Fitness, technology is not to be shunned. With your purchase, you automatically have the choice of a Standard (in person) training session, or the option of being trained 100% online via Skype, FaceTime or Google. Please ask for details about the key contrast at your assessment and/or consultation.
